people cry

I had to interrupt my Friday of frantic cleaning to post this image. I stumbled upon it on Pinterest while enjoying a lunch break of Salt & Vinegar Pop Chips and a mini can of root beer (awesome, right?).

It really struck a chord with me, reflecting on everything I've been through recently. So much so that it brought tears to my eyes. I didn't take time to google it or find the origin of the saying. It's probably one of those things that's been around forever, but as I've said before, I'm usually a little late to the party.

Regardless, if this is the first time I'm seeing it, chances are it will be for some of you as well, and it was too perfect not to share.

Have a fabulous weekend all, I'll be back around more soon, promise.

My counselor shared that with me once when I just couldn't stop crying in her office. It really did help me feel less guilty for letting the emotions pour out. It's a good one to share.

I've never heard this before, so you're not the only one late to the party. It's beautiful, though--and true.

Hey Nik, just stopped in to say hi. It's been a long time since we've email chatted. Love that quote and oh how true it is. It really strikes a chord with me too. I hope you're well settled into your new home and that all is well! *hugs*

Having recently gone through a tradegy within my own life this gave me so much comfort and I related on so many levels. I love this little quote and am going to hang it in my space to remind myself that for one, its okay to cry and that I am not weak, I am strong.

Thanks for sharing this quote. I haven't heard it either - I'm a late adopter as well :) But it certainly struck a chord for me too.
